Led by John Prigogine, Sadri Rokbani and Xavier Chen, the brand brings together three complementary areas of expertise: marketing, operations and business development. What unites them is a shared commitment to making every visit to RAMBO a delicious, fast and welcoming experience.
With locations across Brussels, Waterloo and Antwerp, RAMBO continues to grow and is looking for entrepreneurs ready to take the brand further.

Before Opening
We guide you through the evaluation and approval of your location. You’ll receive training in RAMBO standards, restaurant operations, team management and performance monitoring tools.
During Launch
Our teams support you throughout construction and setup, help prepare your restaurant for opening and provide on-site training for your staff. We’ll also be there during your first days of operation.
Every Day
You’ll benefit from a dedicated point of contact, regular performance reviews and ongoing training. Brand campaigns, local marketing tools and new product launches will help drive your restaurant’s growth.
